Anito Legends Now Officially Available on Apple App Store, Expands Accessibility

One month after announcing its plans to launch the homegrown web3 game Anito Legends on the Apple App Store, the game has officially made its debut on the platform.
The web3 game is now officially available on all modern gaming devices.

Anito Legends on the App Store
Earlier in May, Anito Legends announced its availability on the Apple App Store, expanding its accessibility to various mainstream platforms. Previously, the iOS version of the game was only distributed and available via TestFlight.

Other Platforms for Anito Legends
Anito Legends can be played on computers, laptops, and Macs, as well as both Android and iOS phones.
Anito Legends debuted on the Google Play Store in March, offering players Early Access. The developers noted that moving forward, game updates will be available through the Play Store to improve the gaming experience.

In December 2023, Anito Legends launched on the Epic Games Store. The game’s store page highlighted its integration of blockchain and NFT technology, with all transactions overseen by its publisher. Moreover, the page advises players to independently research cryptocurrency purchases and cautions that any transactions on third-party marketplaces are done at their own risk.

What is Anito Legends?
It is a free-to-play auto battler game based on Filipino mythology. The Land of Lupa, the world mode featured in Anito Legends, was created with Yvette Tan, an acclaimed horror writer and recipient of the Don Carlos Palanca Award for Literature, as its creative consultant.
In this gaming universe, players embark on an adventure blending strategy, adventure, and mythology. They take charge of teams comprising mythical beings called Anitos, categorized into four classes: Kiwig, Sarangay, Siyokoy, and Tikbalang.
Gameplay revolves around customization, battling, and exploration, with rewards obtained through play-and-earn mechanics. Transactions are facilitated by in-game tokens GINTO and LARO, while NFT assets provide unique enhancements.
It has an array of game modes, including single-player and multiplayer options like tower battles and strategic auto-battles.
At the start of Q4 last year, Anito Legends migrated from the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) to Polygon. Developers also introduced new liquidity pools for GINTO and LARO on Polygon following the migration from BSC.
