PDAX is currently offering BTC/PHP, ETH/PHP, XRP/PHP, BCH/PHP, LTC/PHP, USDT/PHP & USDC/PHP. The new coins will mean 14 cryptocurrencies will be available for trading in the exchange.

PDAX most recently released a new version of its mobile app that allows users to switch to basic and pro mode. โ€œWe aspire to build a platform that caters to the needs of different traders. For beginners, they should feel at ease in using PDAX; for the experienced, they will enjoy the new features and tools we are set to release over the coming months,โ€ COO Kyle Kua said in a statement.

Kyle admits that while the platform is still missing some features like advanced technical indicators, the company is pacing the roll out of new features in the coming weeks and monthsย  โ€œUnderstandably, we will pace the roll out of these features, but we invite our users and fellow Filipinos to join as we continue on this journey towards a more inclusive financial system.โ€

PDAX obtained its virtual currency exchange (VCE) license from Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) in 2018. There are 17 licensed virtual currency exchanges in the country, which are now called โ€œvirtual asset service providersโ€ (VASPs) as per a new memorandum from the BSP.
