It is an offshoot company of Capitarise Corporation, a pioneering real estate consultancy and management firm in the Philippines founded by Mr. Teruo Sumida, a Japanese businessman and has been operating since 2008. Some of the projects that we’ve worked on are One Central and Two Central, The Beacon in Makati, 8 Newtown Blvd in partnership with Megaworld Corporation and Philippine Retirement Authority and One Pacific Residences both in Mactan, Cebu.
The 10 years experience of the company has made it aware about the challenges in the real estate business and paved the way to conceptualized a solution, the C Estates platform is the response.
