Responsibilities

• Preparation of general ledger account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of source data
• Preparation of journal entries into Xero.
• Assist the Head of Finance and Senior Accountant in preparation of financial statements and other internal reporting on a monthly basis
• Preparation of treasury cash flow reports.
• Preparation of payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Learn and apply relevant international accounting rules for foreign business units
• Obtain and analyze data from multiple sources to consolidate, develop into schedules that will be used as support documents for the month-end close process
• Documenting internal controls and processes for accurate and timely financial reporting
• Collaborating with various other departments when needed.
