[Event Recap] QU3ST Esports Spamandrice Wins Axie Infinity Manila Open 2022

Two major Axie Infinity esports tournaments are happening in the Philippines this week. From Nov. 17 to 18, the biggest on-site Axie Infinity tournament in the Philippines – Axie Open Manila, BitPinas reporters Nathan Cajuday and Shiela Bertillo are on-site at Ayala Circuit Mall to report.

This is the first minor in Esports Grant 3 and there is a $120,000 USD prize (paid in AXS and worth around ₱7 million). 256 players have participated and went head-to-head on-site in Makati.

Zaratustra draws first blood, but Martinsuuuu tied the match, 1-1.

4:22 PM Adding two consecutive wins, ZARATUSTRA will advance to the Finals Championship Match.

He will face SPAMANDRICE in a best-of-7 finals round, the one last battle before one of them takes home ₱1.5 million prize.
