Since you can be under Globe or Innove (subsidiary also owned by Globe) you can process either Globe or Innove using Coins.ph. But how will you know if you’re under Innove? At the bottom left side of your bill, you will see the words Innove Communications Inc. Another technique is to check if your bill has a 9-digit account number. If it is your account is placed under Innove. It will be the same procedure but tap on Innove Communications, Inc. instead of tapping on Globe Broadband.
What you will need:
- Active Coins.ph account (Register here!)

- Exact amount due, telephone number, and account number
- For Innove customers, all of the above plus the due date.
Step 1: Open your Coins.ph Account
You can either open your Coins.ph account on the web or on your Coins.ph app. For the sake of the article, we will use the app. Sign in and tap on Pay bills and on the next page, tap on Globe Broadband or Innove Communications, Inc. This will depend on your account number as explained above.
Step 2: Choose your Wallet and put the Amount
