• Career Flexibility: Allows for working on multiple companies or projects simultaneously, enhancing career flexibility and opportunities.

It played a significant role in building my career and expanding my opportunities. Indeed, you can find the things that can change your life on the internet – no need to travel the world!”

Carlo Mendiola, Growth Lead at Axie Infinity said:

“A remote setup is definitely a huge consideration in my choice of projects/companies to commit to. Personally, it gives me the flexibility to make progress on my individual projects without wasting valuable time on the commute over. I feel that having to be in an office to perform online tasks reduces the overall productivity.  It is without disadvantage, from a leader’s perspective it requires you to acquire specific management skills and the foresight to operate on different timelines compared to a physical project.”

Remote work in the crypto industry provides significant benefits like flexibility, global opportunities, and cost savings, which fit well with the decentralized nature of web3.
