We are a Gaming & Esports Media House with deep roots in esports, and early natives to web3.

What we’re looking for

Gaming content continues to thrive, and we’re looking for a badass Business Development Manager to lead and grow deals for our portfolio of content and IPs.

This person will have had some prior experience in media and sponsorship sales, as well as account management.

Responsibilities

  • Builds market position and grows revenue by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients
    • Continuously nurture relationships to create rapport and future partnership opportunities
  • Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate data relating sales and partnership performance from both clients and partners
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong experience in sales and business development
    • Preferably in sponsorship and advertising sales
  • Proven interpersonal relations skills
  • Proven negotiation and account management ability
  • Strong written and verbal communications ability
  • Able to keep on the pulse and gaming and general entertainment media
  • Adept at communication management and keeping calm under high-pressure online interactions
