  • Answering live incoming messages from customers and answering customer’s questions in a very professional and fast-paced manner
  • Managing trade requests from clients on a trading platform, including checking the order information, and based on the scenario, sending the customers different messages.
  • Carrying out document checks and sending them to verification teams
  • Answering customer information requests or other forms of information requests from the banks whom we work with.
  • Checking our ads to make sure that they are active and within certain limits/conditions, optimizing our ad prices as needed.
  • Helping with releasing or refunding trades/payments to/from customers.
  • Escalating any complex or suspicious queries to senior team members.
