Executive Assistant

  • Fully support the Chief Executive Officer in his day to day activities like calendar management, work schedules, appointments, personal needs
  • Manage the CEO’s travel plans throughout the year including booking flights, hotels, transportation, document requirements
  • Taking important meeting minutes
  • Work and train a Junior Executive Assistant
  • Any other task assigned by the Chief Executive Officer

HR Admin

  • Works with HR Manager in Reviewing Staff Concerns and Admin Needs
  • Onboarding and offboarding staff in all communication tools and workspaces
  • Support in hiring needs from posting job ads, scheduling calls and providing feedback
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Record Keeping and Management
  • Run errands and also deliver messages
  • Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete work schedules.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager


  • At least 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Human Resources
  • Immaculate in schedule planning and tracking
  • Impeccable note taking and proactive closing tasks
  • Professional Travel Management – understands, briefs, provides options, gets sign off on budgets, ensure miles and loyalty points are added
  • Good communication skills (English)
  • Background in Human Resources is required for this role
