Through our wallet, users can send money to anyone, pay for bills, shop online at over 100,000 merchants, receive money transfers from 200+ countries even without a bank account, and of course view and purchase cryptocurrencies.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for global senior level hirings especially local leaders in PH
  • Work with the leadership team to identify top talents in Marketing/BD/Operations and etc.(non-tech)
  • Build pipeline of candidates through variety of sourcing channels
  • Contacting and engaging candidates, managing their experience throughout the process
  • Hiring channels and agency managing, making analyst on the hiring cost
  • Managing multiple candidate channels including referrals, advertising and other campaigns
  • Managing and driving full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
  • Building employer branding internally and externally
  • Working with HR Business partners on some internal processes
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring criteria, align on industry standard and the needs of the organization
  • Working with department heads to identify the talent upgrading and hire senior talents from crypto industry
  • Have the potential to lead the global TA team

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years sourcing and recruitment experience for a fin-tech startup/crypto related/recruitment agencies
  • Experience sourcing and managing candidates through multiple channels(job sites, social networks, references etc).
  • Experienced in crypto or payment related industry is a must
  • Better to have experience in employer branding.
  • Knowledge of the candidate market and companies
  • English language – no lower Intermediate level (you will conduct interview with candidates all over the world)
