Description
- Drive the overall product strategy and vision for Mantle whilst owning the hiring plan and management of the product team.
- Liaise cross-functionally with Engineering, Growth, Marketing and HR to align objectives and deliver great products for our audience and community.
- Provide a user-centric approach to product scoping and drive implementation of blockchain core infrastructure protocols/features/tools.
- Ideate, plan and implement actionable and developer-oriented product roadmaps which manage various phases of production testnet and mainnet releases.
- Become an ambassador of the vision and lead by example, for other Mantle members to become active evangelists and advocates in Ethereum community.
- Help shape product narrative and technical documentation.
