- Own and drive the entire recruitment procedure from publishing job posts, monitoring applications, interviewing, evaluation of skills, job offer management, and onboarding
- Take complete ownership of achieving top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline conversion, and hires to help the organization achieve its hiring goals
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience at every stage.
- Be proficient in hiring across functions and domains – product, development, technical, marketing, admin, operations, and more.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create compelling job descriptions that clearly articulate and promote each career opportunity.
- Identify, engage, activate, and nurture top talent through traditional techniques and unconventional methods
- Develop a deep understanding of our organization, company culture, vision, and talent segments to identify and recruit people who are the right talent and cultural fit.
- Closely coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to proactively identify recruitment needs and take action to fill the requisite position/s.
- Liaise with top management to clearly define the organizational hierarchy to ensure smooth functional and cross-functional coordination.
- Build world-class, scalable hiring strategies with an ‘always-on’ pipeline of quality hires
- Ensure that overall hiring strategies align with our organizational goals.
- Build our market intelligence by running benchmarking, market mapping initiatives, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years experience of proven track record in recruiting top talent in a high-growth environment
- Demonstrated experience working in the tech and crypto space and/or having a strong understanding of Web3 in general
- Proven ability in versatile recruitment techniques to hire top talent across multiple areas of the business
- Practical experience in ideating and executing hiring strategies that align with both short-term and long-term needs
- Strong knowledge of recruitment procedures across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Discord, specialist recruitment websites for gaming companies, and more.
- Ability to build, cultivate, and activate relationships with candidates and department leaders
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to execute hiring strategies that result in achieving common goals
- Knowledge of and access to an extensive talent network and a deep understanding of various talent pools across multiple geographical regions
- Ability to confidently communicate, and pitch career opportunities that excite candidates
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and perfection.
