Bitshares Labs Internship Program (BLIP)

Overview:

The Bitshares Labs Internship Program (BLIP) is a comprehensive and dynamic initiative designed for students and young professionals who are passionate about web development, emerging technologies, and digital innovation. The program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to groundbreaking projects in the fields of blockchain, web development, mobile applications, and digital marketing. 

Program Duration:

The internship duration typically ranges from 3 to 6 months, with  flexible start and end dates to accommodate academic schedules.

Key Components: 

  1. Mentorship: Each intern is paired with an experienced mentor from Bitshares  Labs Inc., ensuring personalized guidance and a supportive learning environment. 
  2. Practical Experience: Interns work on real projects, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in a collaborative team setting. 
  3. Learning and Development: The program includes a series of workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance technical, professional, and personal skills. 
  4. Networking: Interns have the opportunity to interact with industry professionals, gaining insights into the tech industry and forming valuable connections. 
  5. Community Engagement: Interns are encouraged to participate in community events, webinars, and forums to broaden their understanding of the industry. 

Eligibility: 

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, and digital trends.
  • Strong academic performance and extracurricular involvement.

Program Outcomes:

Upon completion, interns will have gained substantial experience and knowledge in their field of interest, along with a certificate of completion and potential consideration for future employment at Bitshares Labs Inc.

Live Support Intern 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Provide real-time support and customer service to clients via chat, email, and  phone. 
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and accurate  manner. 
  3. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve the support process. 
  4. Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience. 

Requirements: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Business, IT, or related field. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and disgruntled customers with  professionalism. 
  • Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
