About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Success Manager & Business Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key partners, as well as driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure their success with our solutions
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and drive new business opportunities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partners, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Analyze partner data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Create and execute joint marketing plans with partners
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates may apply
  • 2+ years of experience in a Partner Success Manager or Business Development role is a plus
  • A proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with key partners is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in the NFT or Loyalty space is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
