About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will manage the product roadmap, overall business impact, and customer success of your assigned product at PDAX. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build products and improve user experiences with PDAX. You will also work with colleagues in finance, compliance and operations to build and launch new products and features.
You will continuously improve the company’s product suite through a deep understanding of our customers, competitors, and our changing landscape. Finally, you will partner with marketing and business development to ensure that our products are getting to the right customers and are positioned to achieve our commercial objectives. You will report directly to the Head of Product, and work closely with your engineering team.
About the Product
Crypto has the potential to make financial growth more inclusive than ever. PDAX intends to help users earn rewards or yield on their holdings. You will ensure that the PDAX app offers users an easy, safe, and cost-effective way to access financial opportunities in the digital world.
You will:
- Meet with partners and continuously conduct customer and competitive research and integrate feedback into requirements.
- Ensure that we are building the right things into the product
- Consider how the things we are building can be scaled across many partners
- Own the product and the product development process from conception to launch, to constant iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap towards achieving PDAX’s objectives.
- Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision.
- Develop a clear understanding of our market, our product positioning, and what’s important to our users in order to guide product development.
- Have a clear understanding of the impact of our product on the main customer segments, on the company’s overall business, including overall product P&L, strategy and unit economics.
- Maintain a detailed and prioritized roadmap.
- Be the primary point of contact for all aspects of product management and development.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in software product development or product management experience, preferably:
- Experience with progressive web applications, mobile app development
- Experience leading the discovery and delivery of products / features / projects which have a high degree of cross-functional complexity and integration.
- Experience with product marketing, and driving iterations in products based on commercial and/or customer experience outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills.
- Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
