- Bring expertise in HR practices and compliance for the BSPC team
- Leverage deep knowledge of “HR practices” in order to guide the business in connecting business challenges and opportunities to the right people solutions
- End to end planning and implementation of Workplace Engagement
- Strategize, plan and implement innovative projects and events to increase staff engagement
- Lead end-to-end planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of team parties, BSPC anniversary, social responsibilities, recognitions, assemblies, team meetings, team buildings, year-end parties, and other relevant activities
- Monitor performance of event, create postmortem reports and provide recommendation for future events
- Plan Engagement Budget according to team size and location (transportation, accommodation, food, activities, etc).
- Research and benchmarking on Employee Programs, Wellness, and Culture best practices
- Demonstrate a passionate approach to project management and data analysis to establish processes and drive business results
- Go-to-person for employee benefits
- Onboarding and offboarding employees/contractors in all communication tools and workspaces
- Be a key contributor in designing, developing, and facilitating our people programs and helping us improve them over time
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Support talent acquisition in hiring needs from posting job ads, scheduling calls and providing feedback
- Support the business with effective organizational design as we continue to grow and evolve.
- Any other admin tasks that the HR Manager would require
