VP of Product Management
Company & Role Overview:
Socium is recruiting a VP of Product for our client’s Product Development team to drive the ideation of high-quality software products and take a leading role in a tech transformation for a leader in the software development domain.
Create the next Digital Bank with our client.
Required Skills for this Role:
- Seasoned product management leader with 10+ years of experience building and leading high-performing product teams
- Experienced as a senior leader of distributed teams with sustained high levels of employee engagement
- Demonstrated domain/industry thought leadership in Fintech / Digital Bank (experience in Blockchain/Crypto technologies a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and evangelize the vision and strategy to grow client’s products and solutions
- Be the product expert and strategist who translates customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and client intellectual property into new deliverables
- Contribute to the material growth of the business by identifying the biggest untapped opportunities
- Deliver against 1-year and 3-year growth objectives by building and mentoring a team of high-performing product managers and fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
- This is a 0-1 product management role.
This is a hybrid role; the successful candidate will be expected to be on-site twice a week.
