After Tap-to-Earn Game Launch, Blum Introduces Tribes: A Way to Farm More Points

Blum, a decentralized exchange, introduced its own “drop game” within the Telegram Mini-Apps Ecosystem. The drop game is designed to be the user’s initial point of interaction with the dex. 

• By farming points, players can exchange them for various rewards on the Blum app, including the $BLUM token later on. The team also hinted that Blum Points can soon be traded for “something exciting.”

Set to help players farm more points, the DEX launched a new feature—BLUM TRIBES. 

What’s the significance: Tribes offers airdrop farmers a chance to earn more points together with their Telegram friends, adding a social element in the campaign.

What Are Blum Tribes?

• The definition of what a Blum Tribe is is simple—a squad of Blum users that seek to farm more points. 
• The Blum developers said they see the new feature as a way of boosting the community vibe and motivating those who play the drop game through social interaction. 
• Basically, players will have to form a tribe, share tips with each other, and finish group tasks to earn “sweet rewards and recognition.” 

What are the Key Features of Blum Tribes?

Joining a tribe is not just an ordinary happening. Of course, it has more benefits than playing the drop game alone, including: 

• Faster Points Farming: Because tribes will have group quests, participants can earn points in a faster phase, with a promise of a 10% accelerated rate than those who do not have a tribe.
• Community Support: Tribe members are assured to have a support network where they can share knowledge and tips about each other’s experiences not just in farming Blum points but also even on the whole web3 space. 
• Enhanced Engagement: Players are also tasked to engage more actively with Blum’s features and community. This, as per the team, is expected to lead to a richer and more fulfilling experience for them. 

Why Join a Tribe? 

One of the key highlights of Blum Tribes is that there is no gatekeeping—everyone is allowed to join the tribe they want to. 

• As emphasized by the team, this open policy allows users to explore various Tribes and find one that aligns with their interests and goals.
• However, if a player does not want anymore to be in the tribe they belong to, they can leave their current tribe and find a new one. 
• But it should be noted that joining a tribe is only allowed one at a time. 
• Players are free to leave the tribe that does not satisfy their needs and join a new one that fits their goals. 

Steps to Join a Tribe:

• Step 1: If you haven’t done so, Register for Blum here.
• Step 1: Go to the “Tribes” feature. 
• Step 2: Choose the “Join Tribe” button.

• Step 3: Find the most interesting Tribe to join into.

• Step 4: Click and join that tribe.

Who Can Create a Tribe? 

Any administrator or moderator of a Telegram Group is only allowed to create a Tribe. 

• To create one, choose the “Create New” button in Step 2.
  • Add the bot @blum_sigma_bot as an admin to the channel or the group. It does not matter what permissions are granted to the bot. After verification, the bot can be removed from the administrators.
  • Provide the Telegram Channel. 
  • Start inviting tribe members.
