As of this writing, there is still no confirmation on ‌when the testnet campaign will run. 

• For Crypto Projects: But the Soneium Minato team assures that projects who want to build on the testnet can form their early communities, allowing them to gather valuable feedback during this period, which can be used to improve the dApp features. 
• For Users:  On the other hand, users can try the dApps being built on the testnet, where they can discover their favorites and be among the first to join the communities formed around each project.
