  • The Tezos Filipinos launch will be in line with the celebration of National Arts Month 2023 with this year’s theme “Ani ng Sining, Bunga ng Galing,” where the event will highlight the works of Filipino artists in the web3 space.
  • For those who are interested in joining the event, the organizers noted that it is open to all Filipino artists, and the artwork they must submit should be related to Philippine arts and culture.

Aside from showcasing Filipino talent in art, Tezos Filipinos also aims to build awareness by contributing to the digital footprint of the Philippine language, history, arts, and culture through the Tezos blockchain. Moreover, the Twitter Spaces event will also mark the launch of the Tezos Filipinos website.

TezosFilipinos is headed by Verlin Santos, who is also the founder of the non-government organization (NGO) collective Titik Poetry, and Rey Alejandro, an NFT artist.

For those who are interested in joining the event, the organizers noted that it is open to all Filipino artists, and the artwork they must submit should be related to Philippine arts and culture. Allowed formats are JPG, GIF, PNG, or MP4; they must be minted only in the Tezos blockchain (swap at 2 Tez) and should be set to 28 editions.

For posting, participants must use the tags tezosfilipinos and NAM2023 and use #TezosFilipinos.
