- Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents
- Understanding company product and brand
- Creating and interpreting a variety of reports
- Organizing market research
- Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
- Updating social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and Discord)
