1. Has connections with P2P/OTC merchants and has a strong influence in merchants’ community

2. Strong understand in crypto industry and P2P business

3. Familiar with local crypto regulations and local payment preference, at least for one of the following markets, including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Philippine

4. Experienced in recruiting merchants on board and maintain relationship with key biz partners

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Have a strong team spirit and willing to motivate colleagues in the customer support team ; English can be used as the working language.

3. At least 3+ working experience in related areas, including crypto exchange, e-commence, finance

4. Be able to work remotely
