- Conduct research on cryptocurrency and investing to produce educational articles.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging articles for website, social media, support channels/FAQs and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content strategy and produce marketing collateral.
- Edit and proofread content produced by other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Manage PDAX’s social media accounts and engage with the community.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Create social media content that aligns with PDAX’s brand voice and values.
- Brainstorm and implement creative ideas to grow PDAX’s social media presence.
- Flag any negative feedback on PDAX’s social media accounts and work with the Marketing team to address them.
