About the project:

Klink Finance is the #1 prize-linked crypto investment platform serving the mass market of passive investors, replicating one of the most successful investment products in traditional banking within the world of crypto. The company is backed by leading VCs, the product has been live in Beta since May with over 7k organic users live on the platform, and is now ready to kickstart growth with your support!

The current team consists of 7 members (two founders and 5 developers) based between Germany and India. The two founders have vast experience developed within the crypto and traditional finance space across successful startups and corporate ecosystems in the EU & USA. We are now looking for you to join our team and take this opportunity and professional challenge to drive Klink’s marketing efforts and scale the user base to 6 figures over the coming months.

Location: Remote-First with occasional travel. Your location is preferably in Asia, in one of Klink’s target markets.

Tasks

You will be the driving force of execution for our go-to-market launch and scaling. The role will be responsible for all elements of user acquisition, and community building from day one along with day-to-day running, testing, and optimization of the growth cycle.

  • Lead and improve Klinks growth function by taking over current marketing initiatives including X, LinkedIn, Telegram and the running bounty campaigns
  • Improve data-driven decision making on customer segments, target markets and gtm strategy together with the founders
  • Build and develop a high-performance growth team over the course of 12 months
  • Manage the strategy, budget, and execution of Klinks marketing initiatives
  • Optimize all stages of the funnel from attracting new leads to conversion into active depositors
  • Launch and optimize the end-to-end execution of campaigns, leveraging organic & performance marketing, extensive PR publication, community development, and affiliate channels
  • Own the performance of all social media platforms (currently focused on Twitter, Telegram, and LinkedIn but open to extending it across channels like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
  • Manage KPI-reporting for the Growth department, monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, and others for digital campaigns
  • Take over current technical setup including Active Campaign, Supermetrics, Claimr io, AppsFlyer, Zapier, Typeform, TweetHunter, Texau, Tweetful, Owlead, and Buffer

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in high growth (strong brand-focused) environment, with proven knowledge of the crypto space
  • Experience in scaling products in highly crypto-adopted Asian markets (at least 1 country) by creating & influencing B2C marketing strategies and initiatives
  • You have an existing network to leverage and understand how to growth a product with affiliates and partnerships with other tokens and ecosystems
  • You are well accustomed to identifying & validating new opportunities to both grow and maintain the user base through promotions and campaigns across the full user journey
  • You are data-driven and understand technical marketing, SEO, and retargeting with a good eye on how to utilize relevant solutions
  • Keen to roll up the sleeves and get things done
