Purpose
Performs accounting and financial controlling functions for BlockchainSpace group.

Key Responsibilities
- Manages full set of accounts for allocated entities within BlockchainSpace, including statutory reporting and management reporting
- Prepares and publishes timely monthly financial report
- Performs budgetary control and reports variances
- Monitors receivables
- Prepare crypto reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation
- Manages payments and prepares cash flow report
- Manages corporate and withholding tax compliances and works with external service providers
- Manages governmental statistical reports
- Liaises with statutory auditor to ensure smooth completion of financial audit
- Liaises and manages the company’s internet banking systems and banking mandates
- Ensure compliance with the FRS and regulatory requirements as well as adherence to the company policies and procedures
- Manages the accounts reporting of acquired firms
- Administers the legal documentation signing and filing in shared folder
- Any other tasks allocated by the CFO or Snr Finance Manager
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, ACCA, Finance or related field
- At least 5 years of proven working experience in accounting
- Relevant experience in blockchain / crypto industry or start-up environment would be highly regarded
- Experience in Xero accounting software
- Able to manage the function independently and comfortable with remote working environment
- Taking initiative is a pre-requisite and strong sense of urgency
- Strong analytical skills and systematic with strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Culturally sensitive and positive working attitude
- Ability to work with people at different levels within the Group
- Possess a high degree of personal integrity
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
