Technical Project Manager
We’re looking for an exceptional technical project manager that is experienced in front end development to help bring our product visions to life.
AAG is a Web3 infrastructure company dedicated to providing software that simplifies interactions with blockchain applications and the Metaverse, catering to both mainstream users and traditional companies. AAG offers the secure, user-friendly, and seedless MetaOne® wallet, as well as infrastructure software such as a cross-chain search engine and the gas-fee-less Saakuru blockchain for enterprise companies. With the belief that education is pivotal in unlocking the potential of Web3, AAG also provides AAG Academy, a comprehensive knowledge bank, and TomoOne, a risk-free, gamified in-wallet experience to ease the transition. AAG’s ultimate goal is to bring 1 billion people into the Web3 economy by 2030.
This is where you come in – we’re looking for a person who will directly contribute to the success of our products, actively collaborating with engineers, designers, testers as well as across functions to accelerate the value delivered to our customers. We recognize that our success can only come from a team effort, therefore everyone has a hands-on role in the delivery process. This position will report to the VP of Products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Product Delivery:
- Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders with a focus on value delivery
- Solve product-related problems and help the team make trade-off decisions
- Empower a cross functional team utilizing Agile Scrum processes and tools (product & backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, etc.)
- Define and execute go-to-market plans for commercialization and adoption, working to ensure that all teams (e.g. external partners, product management, marketing and communications, sales, support etc.) have what they need to be successful
- Front End Development:
- Support team in building apps and UI components utilizing React + Node.js as needed
- Leadership & Communications:
- Rally cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, research, business development and external partners
- Champion and facilitate a culture of value delivery and continuous improvement and learning
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a technology or business related field
- A strong passion or curiosity for fields related to our products: gaming, finance, education; digital assets and blockchain apps
- 2+ years experience in project management, Scrum Master, or team lead role on a software delivery project
- Strong knowledge of software development approaches, principles, and flows, preferably Agile Scrum
- Experience building mobile apps using React + Node.is
- Solid understanding of good visual UI coding
- Analytical skills, including structured problem-solving, synthesis, data- and consensus-driven decision-making
- Communication skills, including the abilities to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Interpersonal skills, including the abilities to collect and address feedback from multiple stakeholders; influence; and manage relations
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to create impact in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to have: JAVA backend skill
