TZ APAC Launches Reward System for Tezos
TZ Apex will give away NFTs, $XTZ, and other tokens for those who will explore the projects building on Tezos and Etherlink.
TZ APAC, a Singapore-based Tezos hub that aims further to push the adoption of Tezos blockchain in Asia Pacific, introduced TZ Apex, a community rewards program initiative starting this June.
What’s the Significance: The new initiative opens more opportunities and rewards for Tezos natives and even beginners to earn rewards while learning more about the Tezos ecosystem.
Mechanics:
- To make it organized, TZ Apex will follow a points system. Players can collect experience points (EXPs) by doing the quests.
- There will be multiple seasons, with a season to last at least a month.
- TZ Apex will also implement a tier system. The total EXPs will be concluded each season, according to their tier, participants may receive guaranteed prizes or a greater carry-over of EXP for the next season.
How it works:
Step 1: Go to https://dmission.me/community/tz-apac
Step 2: Sign-in or create an account using your Google Mail. Connect and sign your Tezos wallet as one of your subwallets. (Some Tezos Wallets: Kukai or Temple)
Step 3: There are 8 missions for TZ APEX. Finishing the mission is very easy. Simply follow and join the different Tezos social media platforms and the various projects building on it. Invite your friends to share the fun and earn additional EXP points.
- There are two types of quests, and the amount of EXP earned from each quest varies depending on its difficulty and complexity:
- Project-specific quests: Quests that require interaction with the partner project, like creating an account on its platform, trying its features and submitting feedback, or even creating a user-generated event.
- Tezos-ecosystem quests: These are social tasks that will focus on developing the Tezos blockchain.
Step 4: Wait for the end of Season. If qualified for a reward, it will be received on the connected Tezos wallet. The rewards include:
- Tezos token, $XTZ
- TZ APAC exclusive merchandise
- Partnered project’s NFT, tokens, whitelist, and more
- TZ APAC Collaboration NFTs
- Bonus EXPs for next season.
The Big Picture: According to TZ APAC, TZ Apex is designed to enhance community involvement and interaction with projects built on Tezos through incentivization.
What’s next: As of this writing, the confirmed end date for Season 1 will be on July 31, 2024. More projects are also said to join TZ Apex, which means more rewards to be distributed.
