As a Product Owner you will be responsible for fine-tuning the Web3 Metaversity (the product) vision and manage the product development process.

Your ability to multitask, innovate and work autonomously will be highly regarded, as well your warm interpersonal manner. You should have the ability to plan, manage and implement the end-to-end execution process of Web3 Metaversity, and ensure that the product meets the needs of the students, partners and even of the instructors.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategizing and presenting creative ideas to the core team of YGG Pilipinas in running the campaign
  • Defining the Web3 Metaversity features depending on the demand from the students and from the partners
  • Working with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including marketing, community, business development, and third-party partners
  • Working in an agile environment and continuously reviewing the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities
  • Developing, owning, and executing product roadmap
  • Defining and executing go-to-market plan, working to ensure that marketing, community, and business development have what they need to be successful
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future developments
  • Performing such other functions that may be assigned by the senior management

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing or running product campaigns is preferred
  • Experience in handling e-learning platforms is a plus
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • Detail oriented with great organizational skills
  • Can work autonomously with less supervision
  • Amenable to attend offline events
