Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)

Community Managers are in-charge of engaging and addressing users through official community pages such as Discord and Twitter. Community Managers represent the game’s brand, acting as the bridge between the game’s users and its business end. They are responsible for growing, maintaining and activating the communities for their respective projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the official representative of the game’s brand to users – keeping up with the latest internal and external information concerning the game, the company, and the crypto space
  • Officially communicate major news, updates and activities with users through notices and announcements via social media and official news sites.
  • Act as moderator in all existing and future communities with emphasis on (but not limited to) Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
  • Maintain up-to-date guides, FAQ articles and other public documents and keep them accessible to the community
  • Communicate any trending issues or foreseen risks to the team to have them addressed as soon as possible
  • Create, schedule and publish written and graphic content for the community in accordance with the company and the project’s brand and style.
  • Collect data of user inquiries/issues and derive risks, solutions, and improvement opportunities
  • Encourage users to participate in the IP’s governance process.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Propose community activities and content for the purpose of user acquisition, user retention, and user care
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest information and trends in the crypto gaming space to be able to advise and assist players accurately
  • Participate in the drafting, review and enforcing of community policies. If applicable, suggest policy changes to the benefit of the project.
  • Provide insight and analysis regarding the project’s market status and competitors through periodically delivered reports or direct communication.
  • Perform other assigned value-adding duties related to the project or the company.


  • Excellent communication skills with a fluent level of written English.
  • Experience and knowledge in one or more of the following fields: the crypto space, crypto games, video game publishing, or esports
  • Organizational skills to maintain accompanying work documentation and records.
  • Prior experience/willing to learn AI tools such as Jasper, Claude, Chat GPT, Bard, etc. to optimize workflow and increase productivity.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment
  • Ability to work on shifting schedule (including weekends, evenings, and holidays)
  • Ability to start immediately


  • Prior experience working within the game industry or game service industry
  • Prior experience playing crypto games
  • Prior experience operating Discord/Twitter/Telegram bots to assist with automation and moderation
  • Strong inclination to popular internet community culture, with at least one (1) year of active participation in any community page/forum or social media site.
  • Technical knowledge in the crypto/blockchain space
