The Role

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for taking the lead with our growth marketing strategies. Main duties will include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
  • Create and innovate brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences
  • Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners
  • Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI
  • Identify opportunities, threats and challenges in markets and act accordingly
  • Working closely with data, sales and product
  • Help in managing and developing the marketing team

Ideal ProfileSkills Required

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in marketing leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
  • Experience working on a global product / tech platform is a plus
  • Knows how to work with data and analytics
  • Knowledge in web 3.0 and developments in the crypto space is an advantage
  • A highly creative, data-driven and analytical mind. Knows how to captivate users and audience
  • A strong understanding and passion for all things digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
