Lead Generation and Pitching

  • Proactively identify and generate leads for potential freelancers and agencies within the gaming and other relevant industry.
  • Develop and implement effective pitching strategies to attract and onboard high-caliber freelancers.
  • Engage in direct communication with potential freelancers and agencies to showcase the unique opportunities our company offers.

Coordination with Guilds

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant guilds, associations, and industry groups.
  • Collaborate with guild representatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with guilds to facilitate smooth freelancer transitions and collaborations.

In-House Guild Management

  • Manage and oversee our in-house freelancer guild, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with in-house freelancers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Implement strategies to enhance freelancer retention and satisfaction within the in-house guild.

Operations Support

  • Plan and schedule talent shifts, considering business needs and freelancer availability.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent and high-quality performance from freelancers.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of training programs for freelancers, focusing on skill enhancement and professional development.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align freelancer management strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of information and coordination.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract freelancers.
