● Lead the strategic planning and development of youth-oriented acquisition initiatives spanning digital marketing, on-ground activations, partnerships, and more, with the goal of driving sustained, incremental user growth among the segment

● Champion the youth segment and GCash Jr. product to stakeholders across levels in the organization and work with internal enabling teams to ensure growth across lifecycles

● Co-craft customer-centric features for the GCash Jr. product with cross-functional teams to design the definitive e-wallet for the youth and improve experience

● Lead regular business analyses of the youth segment and provide strategic insights and recommendations in order to create integrated strategies and executions

● Champion the voice of the GCash Jr. consumer by taking charge of regular consumer immersions and market validations to reduce barriers to adoption and increase usage

● Demonstrate excellent financial management and business management expertise to ensure investment efficiency across the marketing mix and effective budget utilization
