How to Buy PDAX Vouchers at Shopee Philippines

As Christmas Season starts, Philippine Digital Assets Exchange (PDAX) announced that PDAX Vouchers are already available on Philippines’ leading online shopping site Shopee until December 21, 2021.
Two months left before Christmas, PDAX, Philippine’s homegrown cryptocurrency exchange that empowers Filipinos to trade cryptocurrencies backed with dedicated local support, offers these vouchers as a “special gift” to someone.
According to PDAX’s announcement, only verified PDAX users are allowed to redeem a voucher. That’s why, for existing users, making sure that PDAX account is verified is a must. While for users who are in the process of verifying their PDAX accounts, accounts must be verified within the redemption period. And for new PDAX users, make sure that the account is already verified before making the purchases.
The voucher, moreover, must be redeemed within seven business days upon purchase from Shopee.
In the promo mechanics released by PDAX, the following is the redemption process:
1. Log in to PDAX.
2. Click the account icon.
3. Select “Rewards.”
4. Click “Redeem Your Code.”
5. Enter the voucher code and click “Next.”
6. Provide the Shopee Order Number.
7. Wait for the email notification regarding successful redemption.
Additionally, there are two ways to find and purchase a PDAX voucher on Shopee – by directly buying to PDAX PH Shopee Mall or by going to “Deals near me” and searching “PDAX PH”.
What makes the voucher more an ideal gift in the yuletide season, is that it is transferable to other PDAX verified accounts.
Voucher redemption requests will be processed by PDAX from Mondays to Fridays.
And about the voucher’s amount that can be redeemed, the amount of cryptocurrency that will be received from the redeemed PDAX voucher will depend on the market rate at 3:00 PM (PHT) the next business day after the cut-off periods – voucher requests received on weekdays from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM (PHT) and voucher requests received on weekends and holidays.
PDAX’s reminder is that voucher codes are for one-time use only, where unused balance cannot be stored or used in any other way. Moreover, once the voucher has been paid on Shopee, it can not be cancelled.
PDAX is regulated by the BSP and allows the individuals with verified accounts to buy and sell digital assets at the best global market rates.
It offers currencies including, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Tether, Bitcoin Cash and USD Coin, and newer cryptocurrencies like Chainlink, Enjin, Basic Attention Token, Graph, Compound, Aave and Uniswap.
Last July, it reported that there are already 450,000 PDAX users.
