First Ever Axie Infinity Creator Cup Starts on Saturday

Axie Infinity, a popular play-to-earn NFT (non fungible token) game, announced that it will host its first official tournament called the Creator Cup. The event, which will start on December 4th, will be live from the Philippines.

Eight Filipino content creators will battle in the arena for 200 AXS in prizes. 

The competitors are BoarKnock, Charess, Eric Eruption Tai, Hezelya, Moymoy Palaboy, Jillian Santos, Kookoo Crypto TV and Myrtle Sarrosa.

The event will be hosted by axie managers, Een Mercado, also a game streamer and cosplayer, and media personality Yassi Pressman.

This studio event will be live from the Philippines, and starts on December 4th.

The tournament will be casted in English by streamer Theeban Siva and Andrew Campbell, also known as Zyori the Program Lead for Esports and Creators of Sky Mavis, the developer of the game. While the Filipino casters are youtuber/streamers Archer Perez and Invictum.

Tournament will be lived streamed on Twitch and Facebook.
