Miss World Philippines Organization (MWPH) inks an exclusive contract with non-fungible token (NFT) developer Doill Technologies to further venture and expand its market reach into the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.

“We are partnering with a company that has built its foundation in the digital revolutionary platform that literally redefines monetary exchange and currency… Ladies and gentlemen, the Miss World Philippines Organization is moving into the realm of non-fungible tokens with our friends in Doill Technologies Incorporated.”

Arnold Vegafria, MWPH National Director

MWPH noted that the blockchain and crypto markets are viable platforms to drum up its “Exceptionally Empowered Filipinas” marketing campaign, as well as its charity projects and other relevant advocacies.

“We are very proud to announce another meaningful partnership, that of course, will help further our causes and make our plans and goals come into fruition. So, as we see the rise in digital assets, we also see an opportunity to utilize a new platform to extend our advocacy as an organization. And with this partnership, we will directly reach this opportunity.” –Tracy Maureen Perez, Miss World Philippines 2021

Moreover, Perez also mentioned during her opening remarks that the partnership’s goal is to “integrate the digital world with the real world.”

“To push these advocacies beyond the physical by digitizing the principles that we believe in, this partnership will launch an NFT project exclusively crafted for the Miss World Philippines Organization,” she announced.

The MWPH also noted that this initiative is the first time that they were able to allow their audiences to take part in their projects and advocacies firsthand. They added that some lucky owners of their NFTs will have the chance to win tickets for the coronation night and the charity gala.

Also, the fund that the MWPH will raise will be used to support their vision for better education by providing educational scholarships as well as mental health programs to promote mental health awareness among the youth.

For transparency, the organization guaranteed that there will be quarterly reports on their website and other social media accounts “for users and holders to see how the technology is being utilized and where the funds are going.”
